A good sized 15 carat antique pendant, one side studded with a tiny star set garnet and two split pearls, although I'd wear it plain side forward for a more modern look.
Gold panels have been soldered together meaning the inside of the pendant is hollow but it doesn't feel particularly hollow when you have it in hand, it's a good weight for it's size and it feels nice and substantial.
