By browsing this website and placing your order with me you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately. PERSONAL INFORMATION Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by my Privacy Policy. DUTIES AND TAXES Duties and taxes for international orders will be due upon delivery and are the customers responsibility. Gold Digger Mcr will not be held liable for international duties, taxes and customs charges. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase. Gold Digger Mcr is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. PRICING, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY The prices payable for the goods that you order are as set out on the website. Our prices are displayed in UK £ and include VAT. If you purchase in another currency, currency fluctuations and transaction charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your chosen payment method. Please see the Shipping section of this page for information on timings and costs of delivery. I will use my reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and I will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control. RETURNING AN ITEM Please get in touch with me to request a return or exchange and I will provide you with the delivery details. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to me. Items must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK customers and DHL Express for overseas customers and the item must be fully insured during shipping. Returns from outside of the UK must be shipped with correct and accurate customs forms that are clearly marked as a UK RETURN otherwise any import taxes or duties charged to Gold Digger Mcr will be deducted from the refund amount, along with any payment processing fees and exchange rate losses. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. I do not accept returns on sale items or items that have been alterted (including resizes) by me or by you. Please note that any orders where the item is rejected by the customer or returned due to non-payment of international duties/customs charges will not be eligible for a full refund. RECEIPT OF ORDER Gold Digger Mcr must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your chosen payment method has been authorised and stock is checked, I will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. Gold Digger Mcr reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for any reason. DAMAGED ITEMS In the unlikely instance that you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please make contact within 3 days. I will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of an exchange, or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned to me by post to the returns address I will provide to you and I must be in receipt of the item before I process an exchange or refund. GUARANTEE I do not offer any guarantee past the point of sale. My items are sold as seen. All of my pieces are at the very least pre-owned and most of them are vintage or antique. This item is not brand new and as such, will not look brand new. Please expect signs of wear to include kinks in links, surface wear to gold, scuffs to stones and accept this as part and parcel of buying second hand jewellery. I will be as clear as I can with item descriptions and condition statements and aim to make sure you are aware of any potential defects before you buy. Please study the photos carefully as they form part of the condition statement.

UK CUSTOMERS Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is £7. This service insures your jewellery up to £2000 and normally delivers within 24 hours. I aim to ship your items within 2-3 working days from the point of order. CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK Overseas shipping is by DHL Express only. Delivery to the US and Europe is £45. Shipping to Canada, Asia, Australia and the rest of the world, is £50. This service is fully insured for up to £4000 and normally delivers within five working days from the date of collection by DHL. As per the terms and conditions set out above, please expect to pay import tax. I don't know what this will be, you will need to find this out if you are unsure. All antique items will be marked as such with the relevant commodity code. If an item is refused because of an unwillingness to pay your tax, a refund will not be given. I aim to ship your items within 2-3 working days from the point of order.

I hope that you love your piece but if you decide to return it, please inform me within 3 days of receipt and return to me within 14 days of receipt in line with your statutory rights. Once I have received your returned item and inspected it, I will refund you the cost minus postage costs. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. If I believe that the item has been worn, tampered with or altered in any way, I will inform you of this and a refund will not be given. Please contact me for the return address and please ensure that you return the item using a tracked and insured service. The item belongs to you until I have signed for it. Refunds are processed Monday - Friday and not over the weekend. If you return an item on Friday and it reaches me on Saturday, you refund will not be processed until Monday. Please allow 14 days for your refund to clear once it's been processed. Items that are resized or adjusted by me on instruction from you prior to dispatch are not eligible for a return or refund. You are responsible for your return shipping costs.

As with any second hand item you buy, my items are not guaranteed past the point of sale. I aim to buy pieces that you will be able to wear for many years and I will always make you fully aware of any defects in the listing. Every item sold is fully checked for gold content, authenticity, durability and cleaning and polishing is carried out as standard. The photographs form part of the description of each item so please examine them carefully and if you have any questions, please get in touch.
