Gold Digger Mcr was founded in October 2019 by me, Sophie K. Since then I've sold over a thousand pieces of jewellery. I’ve had a long love affair with jewellery that was passed on to me from my mum, and to her from her mum. Although my appreciation for beautiful antique pieces runs deep, I always find myself wearing my every day staples - solid gold chains, hoops, bracelets and signets. I need my jewellery to complement my busy life and I don’t want to have to think about taking my jewels off to shower/tan/sleep or swim (not much swimming goes on tbh but the thought was there).

Where could I go to find these staples? That my girls, was the million dollar question. Timeless, solid gold jewellery was out there but what I was struggling to find was a one stop shop if you like, of the types of things that I wanted to buy. I didn’t want to have to scroll through hundreds of items that didn’t interest me, I had a young baby, time was of the essence…​I work around the North West of England digging out the best second hand gold that I can find.
