A wonderfully versatile Victorian long guard made from 9ct yellow gold.
Wear this as one chain for a super long and sexy evening look or double her up for a more relaxed, chunky look.
The main links are connected with tiny inner links which we often see on belchers and I believe were used to prevent the outer links from wearing thin over time. This does mean that the chain should be laid flat when not in wear as kinks can form in the links. This is easily sorted with a quick rub between the fingers to pop those pesky inner links back in situ.
