This is not just any high carat band, okay? I want to make that really clear.

This is the heaviest, highest quality ring I have ever had the pleasure of handling. It is the ULTIMATE gold ring. I'm not comparing this with diamond or other quality gem set rings, I'm talking about plain gold high carat bands; in my opinion this is the best on the UK market.

When I say the piece is heavy, I mean it's heavy. We're not dealing with 5 or 6 or even 7 grams of 22 carat gold here, no no this piece weighs an almighty 11.4 grams in weight.

22 carat rings of this quality are rare and the reason for this is that they were (and still are) melted down due to the rocketing price of gold. This is an absolute investment piece.

The profile is stunning. It's perfectly round from every angle. The inside of the band is flat, not completely flat but flat enough that it sits flush to the finger for maximum comfort and let's talk about comfort because the ring feels like pure butter on the finger. It's by far the most comfortable ring I've worn which is a big achievement given the weight.

The 22ct gold glow is unmistakeable, it's old school glamour, it demands attention and it certainly has mine.
