I generally don't buy gemstones. This is mainly becuase I don't particularly like them. I know, I know, ridiculous, right?
Or is it ridiculous? I have a very very specific style when it comes to jewellery, some may call it plain or basic; fine I don't care. I know what I like and I know what you like. Being authetic to my style and to my brand is important to me so imagine the look on my face when I happened across this citrine signet ring and my heart said "ohhh HELLO" and my head said "that's a yellow gemstone step the f*ck away"
So now I'e come to the conclusion that it's not the gemstone I don't like. 99% of the time it's the setting that I don't like AND I LOVE THIS SETTING.
A super low profile with ever so slightly concaved shoulders, it's just simplicity at it's best for me.
There is a small nibble to the edge of the citrine but actually, it doesn't matter. It's pretty unnoticeable and more importantly it's secure in the mount.
Super vintage citrine signet ring

All of my pieces are at the very least pre-loved and most of them are vintage or antique. This item is not brand new and as such, will not look brand new. Please expect signs of wear to include kinks in links, surface wear to gold, scuffs to stones and accept this as part and parcel of buying second hand jewellery. I will be as clear as I can with item descriptions and condition statement and aim to make sure you are aware of any potential defects before you buy.
