I *think* what we have here is an antique skull carved into lapis lazuli, but I can’t date it for certain so we’ll say that it’s vintage for purposes of this listing. 
The bluest blue peppered with flecks of gold, it screams warm summer nights, preferably on a sun soak Greek island, if you don’t mind. 
The bale and jump ring is 15ct gold which makes this piece pre 1930.
