My eyes lit up when I saw this chain hiding in a cabinet surrounded by costume jewellery and I was certain that she was a high carat piece. Being ever the professional, I didn't have my loup with me but the dealer flung me his and I couldn't believe it when I saw the stamps for 9 carat gold. The colour! The weight!

She's been ever so well made, the way she slinks and slithers is really something. Just over 12 grams in weight, she hangs with substance which is important for this kind of chain, she is sturdy and robust, there is nothing flimsy about her.

The big bolt clasp is a bonus and means she can be worn either way round and used as a charm holder if you so wish.

A real classic!
