A wonderful old chunky Victorian 18ct ring studded with three natural Coral cabachons.

This was originally a purchase for my own collection but it’s slightly too small for my ring finger and having been sized before, I’m not keen on resizing again.

For me, this ring is perfect; the chunkiness of the rich yellow gold, the colour of those soft corals (which match my nails and is what first attracted me to it, dont judge) and the way they peep out over the surface of the band, like all good cabachons should. For an old girl, she’s sure kept up with the times.

The central coral is a beautiful soft blush colour, the two either side are paler, one significantly so and this one has been resecured and glue is visible underneath/slightly round the perimeter of the cab which can be seen under magnification. I’m not a purist when it comes to my own jewellery, so this provides no cause for concern to me whatsoever, however, please take it into consideration prior to purchase. All three stones are secure in their setting.
