This beautiful, solid, Edwardian engraved signet ring is the perfect shape. It feels so elegant on the finger but it's solid and substantial so don't confuse elegant with dainty.
 
The engraved initials to the front have worn over time but are still clear. They can be polished out on request, but she's perfect as she is, whether DJ means something to you or not. I would absolutely leave her as she is.
 
The underside of the face is engraved with '21st' meaning this was, at some point, given as a birthday gift to DJ. These old engravings get me every time.
